Rustic Pathways is a travel company that takes high school and college students on adventure and service-based programs to 18 countries around the world. In the summer of 2014, I had the privilege to work for the company as a guide and photographer, leading and documenting programs throughout Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Burma over a ten week period.
After teaching a two week photography workshop through Burma and Laos, I found myself exploring ancient temples in Cambodia, riding elephants in Thailand and hiking to waterfalls in Vietnam.
28 flights, 13 buses, 6 boats, 3 overnight trains and 1 motorbike later, here are my images from Southeast Asia. To read more about my travels in the region, check out my blog posts from the summer.
